The dietary supplement Sonnorex by Fitobios is a natural formula in the form of drops, specially designed to support calm and quality sleep. The product combines melatonin with plant extracts from passionflower, California poppy, valerian, and lemon balm, which work synergistically to relax the nervous system, facilitate falling asleep, and improve sleep quality. The drops are suitable for difficulty falling asleep, stressful daily life, mental fatigue, stress, anxiety, as well as for adaptation to time zone changes (jet lag).
