The dietary supplement Chrom-Komplex from NatuGena is a specially developed formula that combines two proven forms of chromium – organic chromium picolinate and inorganic chromium(III) chloride, together with soy lecithin. Chromium is an essential trace element that actively participates in sugar metabolism by supporting the transport of glucose into cells. It contributes to maintaining normal blood sugar levels and the normal metabolism of macronutrients (fats, proteins, and carbohydrates), converting them into energy. Thanks to soy lecithin, which provides natural phospholipids for cell membranes, the distribution and transport of the ingredients are facilitated. The formula combines the advantages of easily soluble chromium(III) chloride and the highly stable and bioactive chromium picolinate. The product is made in Germany with high-quality raw materials, contains no gluten or lactose, and is fully suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Usage: For adults: 1 capsule once daily. It is recommended to take it at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal. During pregnancy, consult a doctor before use. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
