The Mirto di Panarea La Riserva eau de parfum by Acqua di Parma is a refined unisex fragrance launched in 2025. The composition is inspired by the wild vegetation and the rugged volcanic landscape of the island of Panarea. Thanks to a special two-month maceration process, the scent acquires remarkable depth, a silky texture, and long-lasting intensity. This exceptional creation combines fresh citrus accords with warm and earthy notes, creating a perfect balance suitable for both women and men. Baron Carlo Manniani, a sophisticated connoisseur and independent thinker, founded Acqua di Parma in 1916 as an alternative to lavish perfumes. The brand embodies the Italian arte di vivere ("the art of living"), the heritage and richness of the country—whether in nature, culture, or art. In the early 1990s, three influential Italians, Diego Della Valle (Tod’s s.p.a), Luca Cordero di Montezemolo (Ferrari), and Paolo Borgomanero (La Perla), joined forces in a patriotic impulse to preserve Italian classicism, helping to develop the brand. Fragrance composition: Top notes: citron, juniper berries, sage; Heart notes: myrtle, lavender, myrrh; Base notes: patchouli, labdanum, mastic (Lentiscus).
